Remote delivery is the default. Multi-participant online sessions are welcome. In-person, on-site working is available on request (tick below and we will follow up to scope travel and time).

Codes are checked securely before payment. Valid discounts are applied before VAT.

You will be redirected to Stripe to pay securely. The checkout shows the net service fee plus UK VAT (20%) on top. If you use Stripe Tax, VAT is calculated from your business location; otherwise you will see separate lines for the service and VAT. By booking you agree we may contact you about this work.

What is an AI audit session?

What is the difference between Quick Chat, Mini Audit, and Full Audit?

Quick Chat is free and helps us understand your frustrations, business context, and whether there is something practical to fix. The Mini Audit is the recommended paid first step: a focused overview with technology recommendations, a concise report, and a basic roadmap. The Full Audit is deeper business analysis with richer discovery, process/workflow mapping, savings-style estimates, and a fuller audit pack for sign-off and delivery planning.

Can I talk to you before I pay?

Does the audit fee come off follow-on design or build work?

Yes. If you go ahead with a Deep Retail design or build project after a paid audit, we credit the paid audit fee against the follow-on work. The audit still gives you useful standalone analysis, but it also lowers the cost of moving into delivery with us.

Can I upgrade from Mini Audit to Full Audit?

Yes. The Mini Audit is designed as a stepping stone. If it shows that a deeper Full Audit would be useful, we credit the Mini Audit fee against the Full Audit so you only pay the difference.

How does pricing and UK VAT work?

Quick Chat is free. Paid audit prices on the page are net of UK VAT. At checkout, UK VAT (20%) is added in line with Stripe’s tax settings for your business location. You will see the total before you pay.

What happens after I pay?

You complete payment securely in Stripe, then we align on how to run the session. For the Mini Audit we can send a scheduling link when that helps, or we agree timing by message. For the Full Audit, we follow up to agree the best format and next steps. You always receive a written report after the session.

Is the report only useful if Deep Retail builds the solution?

No. The report is designed so your own team, another agency, or a systems integrator can plan delivery. If you want one accountable path, we can propose follow-on design, build, and training.
