- Candidate use cases in priority order, with what would need to be true for each to work
- Technology recommendations: what systems, AI tools, automations, or integrations could be used
- Process, data, and ownership notes that affect “ready to build” vs “fix foundations first”
- A basic roadmap for implementation, including suggested sequencing for the next 90 days at a high level
